We have shared many everlasting memories and valuable moments  in our life already that I feel from today forth we will be ready to take on anything this universe gives us. 

You are so loving and so kind. You thrive to make Sebastian and I happy and are always thinking of our little family. You love me or my crazy self. And most of all you are the best daddy ever. 

I will take you to be my husband, my partner in life and my one true love. 

I will cherish our companionship and love you today, tomorrow, and forever. 

I will trust you and honor you, I will laugh with you and cry with you.

I will love you faithfully, through the best and the worst, through the difficult and the easy.

on a Sunday family fun day BBQ...

As you already must know, we are back in Philly. We arrive very very late Saturday night and let's just say we went to bed around 2am. Even though we all ended up sleeping in until 10am the next morning, all three of us were tired puppies. I don't know about you but when I get home from a 8 hour day of traveling I just do not have a strength to unpack. No way man! So we didn't :) We headed right over the my new Mom & Dad's house for a family BBQ and boy am I happy we did. Just what the doctor ordered...

It was a nice hot relaxing day, a whopping 80 degrees. Coming home to that was greeeeaat (yes, that is sarcasm). Sebastian had fun in the sun and especially loved the awesome motorized boat Aunt Cheryl brought over for the boys to sail around in! We had BBQ and an assortment of desserts. All in all it was a happy day. A day to remember all the troop lost or still fighting and for families who don't have the chance to celebrate with their loved ones.

on a trip to the Zoo...

I wanted to show you all one last bit of fun we did out in Seattle. This was meant to be posted last Thursday but unfortunately Blogger has been giving me a hard time with the uploading of my pictures...Anyone else experiencing this problem? Or is Blogger picking on me. Anyways, we took a trip to the Woodland Park Zoo. I haven't been there obviously for a loooooong time and since the last time I have gone they've done some really great revamping of the place but can I just say that that place is expensive! About $17.50 for an adult. 

Beware, lots of pictures. Yet I somehow get the feeling you don't mind :) 

The penguins took a liking to Sebastian and were coming right up to him to say hello!

They had a great dinosaur area with all kinds of huge dinos (that you had to pay another $3 to get into). Sebastian was in heaven. They were a lot bigger than him and made all kinds of noises yet he was walking around merrily thinking it all was as cool as can be.

I swear I don't think I've ever been to a Zoo that had so many fun animals. I mean, it had all the normal Zoo animal types but for some reason all of the ones here had such great personalities. Just take a look at this dude below. I was cracking up at him just chillin' there watching us, protecting his holes.

Sebastian spotted a statue and did the cutest thing you've ever did see...walked right up to the little chimp and gave him a hug :) 

Weather held up alright. It did spit on us here and there hence the hood on my head. Because we all know my hair cannot get wet!

Here's another example of a super fun animal--this monkey saw me take a few photos of him and just swung over and posed for the camera. It was a hoot. It was like he wanted to model for me! I couldn't believe how long his arms were. Look!

After our stroll in the Zoo was finished we headed straight for the park right outside the Zoo to let Sebastian run around and for us to eat. I packed a light picnic. Customized sandwiches for each of us with some chips. It was nice to just sit and eat--not a care in the world, with my family by my side having fun.

It was a wonderful day and I just had to share it with you. Even though it was somewhat belated.

on a father & daughter...

My dad had some errands to run yesterday morning and I tagged along. I always love going out just me and him. We ended up talking about things that wouldn't normally come up in conversation around other people. We talk about deep feelings that only a father would want to know or ask about. Our relationship has grown over the years and mostly started to flourish after I moved to Philadelphia. I am thankful for it because I strongly believe that we needed to be apart to truly appreciate each other. Honestly I don't think I fully appreciated him until I had Sebastian. I know I've said it many times before and I do because it still blows my mind at how so many times my dad has told me that one day I'll look back and say ya, that old man was right. I still do it to this day. 

If you ever see me using a screw driver or hammering a nail or cooking up one of our traditional Hungarian dishes, well it's because of him.

So when we were out doing errands and he turns to me and asked if I wanted to stop at a bakery to grab some coffee and a pastry well all I could do was smile. He is awesome.

Tons of pastries and such beautiful cakes. The green one was my favorite to look at! Dad got a double Mocha Latte with whipped cream...ummm how good does that look?? I got a Numi Earl Gray tea. While my dad got a dazzling Cherry Ganache and even though my butt was eyeing up the very plain looking croissant, noooooo, I had try that Chocolate Eclair sitting there starring at me. God help me. These are the days that stick with me the most, just sitting there stuffing our faces with $4 cakes & pastries and making fun of our grumpy waiter.

on country village...

Yesterday me and the boys took a drive to Country Village in Bothell. This was a trip that I had to make time for since Country Village was always a place I looked forward to going to when I was a kid. It's changed a little bit and I noticed it didn't have as many cute shops as it used to, the big "now leasing" sign when entering was what caught my eye instantly.

Ducks, geese, chickens and many other birds like to roam around the village. Sebastian enjoyed just watching them in the pond. By the way, he is the cutest thing in some of these pictures.

I was a kind of disappointed because down around the pond there used to be a small merry-go-round that my sister and I loved. 

Walking around Sebastian took a liking to all the wood carvings :)

Up the hill we found a great play area that never used to be there. Sebastian was in heaven. And look what we found...

Yes, they moved the merry-go-round, however Sebastian barely sat on it for a second after seeing the huge pirate ship sitting next to it. How cool is that?!

They even had a fun train ride that we had to go on that took us all around the village.

If you've never been to Country Village then go! It's a nice quiet day. Lots of cute fun shops around. My favorite shop was the tiny one with a world of whimsical figurines. A few restaurants to grab lunch and definitely worth it if you have kids :)
