on dinner...

All I could think about all day was mozzarella & tomato paninis! So after work I hit up Wholefoods and grabbed all my ingredients to make these gems..
Best way to end our day :)

    A light layer of olive mayo then balsamic vinager! I always have to have balsamic on these paninis, it's so good.
